Battery is low on my ring device

Im new to this please could anyone help. My battery is low and i keep getting messages to charge the battery. Its charged by solo please help. Also my phone doesnt ring when im in the house but if someone at the door

    Hi @Lorraine13. What model of Ring device do you have? What are you referring to when you say your device charges solo? If your Ring device has a low battery, it could mean your device is now offline, which is why you are not getting notifications.
