Battery doorbell

I removed it from its plate to recharge the battery and now it will not click back on. I can’t find any information on how to fix it or what to do. There’s no screw. There’s no nothing. It just is supposed to pop on there with this little orange lever thing and it’s not working, anybody have any solution solutions?

Hi @user_a0e6f7. The orange tool is used to remove the Battery Doorbell from the mounting plate, but you do not need to use the tool to put the doorbell back on. You can install the doorbell back onto the mounting plate starting at the top, then clicking it into place at the bottom. If it helps, there is a 3D model you can look at here.
