Battery comparability with Doorbell Plus (2nd Gen)
I’ve just purchased the new Battery Doorbell Plus. It comes with the Ring Quick Release Battery and we had the same battery for our previous doorbell.
Trying to use the previous battery in the new one doesn’t seem to be working, from what I read online I think they are compatible. They look identical and have the same charging port type (micro usb)
Can anyone verify?
