I've been a customer of ring for many years. I renewed my basic plan and now that plan means absolutely Nothing. To get alerts when someone is on driveway or at door I have to purchase "Another" plan. All these features was all in one and now you have to purchase each. Cancel subscription today and now looking for another cam system.
