New wired Doorbell not working 24hrs and not picking up some motion
I had a Ring doorbell that the lense got so bad I bought a new unit. It is wired and on the same wifi as the old one. The new doorbell doesnt record from 4pm to 8am even though I have not set any down time for it. Also it won't pick up some motion in a zone that the old one picked up. I've reset zones and gone through chaecking wifi and power! Not liking this new one so far! Need help!

Hi @user_15d3e0. Are you able to Live View during this time? Does this happen every day, or just sometimes? Which specific model is this? This information is located in the Device Health menu, along with the RSSI. Does your wifi switch between 2.4GHz and 5GHz, or is it on a dedicated 2.4GHz network?
