I have a Ring Spotlight Cam Pro Wired, purchased on 6th Jan 2026, installed, setup and working around 26th Jan 2026. Camera was working ok but stopped working (device off line) last week. I have tried all the usual suggestions to resolve whatever the problem is. Blue light is on but camera will not enter set up mode.

What is the process for returning this item for repair or replacement under warranty?
