I own two homes in two different cities, can I have stick up cams at both, using one account?

This should not be an issue, as when you start setting up a new device, it asks for you to put in the location of the device.

Can I receive cam notifications from both addresses from the app, and can I see and manage cams at different addresses together on the app?

Yes, I just tested it with a camera I was working on. Named it something different and gave it a different address and had it on the same account. https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005040023-Locations-Information As long as it is connected to a wi-fi network and you customize the settings for it like you did your other cameras, you should have no issue.

Thanks! I just needed some clarification before I ordered cams for my other home.

So are you having to pay for two different homes like the subscriptions even though it’s on the same account?

Hi @user_658d3b. Ring Home Plans are Location specific. If you have 2 Locations, that means you'll need 2 Ring Home Plans.

If I have 2 locations and move from the 1st location, will the plan transfer to the 2nd location?

Hi @user_5bc06e. No, Ring Home plans cannot be transferred from one location to another. Plans are specific to one location in the Ring app. We have information on managing locations in the Ring app here: https://ring.com/support/articles/8y35i/managing-locations-in-the-ring-app.
