- JHi @TomP86. You should be able to decrease your Light Sensitivity to help the lights activate when a person is within your Camera's motion detection range. To do so, follow these steps: - Open the Ring app - Choose the menu button (three lines in the upper left corner). - Select your Floodlight Cam - Tap Device Settings - Select Light Settings - Select Light Sensitivity, adjust it to your liking, and save. I hope this helps.•

In my Ring app on my Iphone, I see: Version 5.85.0 From the instructions elsewhere in the thread are these steps: - Open the Ring app - Choose the menu button (three lines in the upper left corner). - Select your Floodlight Cam There is no option Floodlight Cam. I do not see an option to attaching or include images, so describe what I have. When the … is selected, first up is titled ADU Gate, the desired device. It has Motion Alerts, Light, Siren. Light turns on the light for 30 seconds. Nothing about turning on automatically. At the bottom is Select ADU Gate settings. It opens a dialog with 14 options. I checked every single one and did not find a setting for automatic light operation. I can turn on the light manually. Found the option: Motion-Activate Lights and it is on, or enabled. When I approach the light the blue LED turns on indicating I have been detected, but the light does not turn on. What are the steps to get to this setting and enable the light for some period of time when a person is detected? I don't know why there are two copies of this reply. My apologies for that error. Moderator: please delete the other post like this one. Thank you.

CHi @user_ffe1a1. Apologies for any confusion, but there is no option to have the lights come on only when a person is detected. When the Motion-Activated Lights toggle is enabled, the lights will turn on when any motion is detected at night. I'd also recommend checking the Motion Zones for Lights to ensure these are not turned off. All available light settings on the Floodlight Cam are located under Device Settings > Light Settings.
