Hi @user41076. Since you did not have an active [Ring Protect subscription](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001671383-General-Information-on-Ring-Protect-Subscription-Plans) at the time of the event, there is no recorded footage. You will not be able to view anything from before you subscribed. Now that you have an active subscription, you can view recorded events from the Event History moving forward. Please also keep in mind that once a video is deleted, it cannot be restored.
