Strange light (orb) alerting camera

Since about 4 weeks one of my security cams started sending alerts because of a light moving along the bottom of the frame. I thought this was an outside light because it is next to a door, until my second camera started sending alerts as well. This time the thing alerting it was clearly visible, but I don't know what this is.
It's a light seemingly hovering in mid air. It has a mechanical motion. I can see a sort of beam below it.
I stood in the exact spot with my phone in hand. It is not visible to the naked eye. I Assume it's an infrared light.
It is driving me nuts because my camera is sending alerts in the middle of the night. I can't adjust the sensor area as it is moving around.
Is this an internal reflection?

The same thing happened to us last night, starting around 10:30. There was a strange green line kind of going up and down and then there was a string of white dotted lights and the notifications kept buzzing my phone. Around 95 times in about one hour. When we went outside we didn’t see anything while it was going on. I hated to turn off the camera, but I had to so we could get some sleep.
