Stick-Up Gen3 No Video
OK. I've got a strange issue with this camera.
I cannot get this camera to display any live video or stored video. I have done the following:
Removed and re-added camera to my account.
Batteries fully charged.
Tried resetting by pressing tan button.
Tried a different wifi network.
I see the camera as online and can see the battery status and change settings. Blue light comes on when it sees motion, but stores no video. I also noticed it takes a long time to go into setup mode (blue light blinking).
This camera was working fine until 2 weeks ago, when video suddenly stopped.
..any ideas would be awesome! Thanks in advance.

Yes, I do have a home plan. And this camera was capturing and storing video just fine until it just stopped. I'm seeing suggestions to force a firmware update as the onboard firmware may be corrupt.

THi @user_53db5a. I would check the Plans tab on Ring.com and ensure your device has an active plan. Since you removed and re-added the device, you may not have a plan since some plans are device specific. If this isn't the case, reach out to our support team for more account specific advice. Hi @user_53db5a. Do you have an active Ring Home Plan? This is the only way that will allow your videos to be stored. You can learn more about Ring Home Plans here.
