Stick up cam, no connection when Connected to solar

I recently added a solar panel to my ring cam and after a sort time I will lose connection, the connection is restored when I disconnect the solar panel reverting back to battery power

Hi @user_68abb5. What specific cam is this? What is the RSSI for the cam? What is the battery percentage at? This information can be found in the Device Health section of the Ring app.
