Stick Up Cam battery doesn't hold charge
Hi,
I bought my stick up cam in May this year and recently had to recharge it. However, after this I had great hassle connecting it and it seemed to have decharged and took a day to recharge again. I then reset it, finally got it connected, put it back outside and it won't connect. I've brought it back in to make sure it's not distance from the router and it's complaining about low battery and is refusing to function. It's less than 6 months old and the chat bot says this should be covered by warrenty but I cannot find how to initiate this and the chat bot suggestion is community support. Help!

I noticed yesterday that the ring setup WiFi is still on, perhaps this is what is draining the battery so quickly and preventing it working? I have configured the the camera but it just won't connect. Any thoughts on troubleshooting this before I call?
