Spotlight Cam Pro does not recognize battery

Every time I insert fresh batteries in my Spotlight Cam Pro it does not recognize Battery 2, it says "add a battery"I have to reboot the device every time I insert batteries. Is this normal?

Hi @user_3440ee. Rebooting the device causes the Device Health page to update. You could also try activating the Live View, or triggering a motion event, to get the Device Health page to update after inserting a second battery.
