Spotlight Cam Plus Unavailable
I have a spotlight cam plus that is hardwired and has begun to say 'Camera Preview Unavailable' or 'Device Offline' and become completely unresponsive. I can't view a live feed or anything with it after several resets and reconnected to wifi. I previously had a Spotlight Cam Plus that did this same thing after a few months of ownership and it was replaced but it has happened again. I've tried several things like adding a wifi extender so that the camera is about 5 feet away from a wifi source. I have also moved the camera into the house on battery mode so it is near all of my other devices to be sure it is not a networking issue. I have had 2 other flood light cams for years and 2 stick cams that still work perfectly but the spotlight cams seem to give me trouble. I spent about 2 hours on the phone with support troubleshooting this the first time and I'd rather not do it again. Has anyone else been able to fix an issue like this?

Hi @user_34321b. If you've already been working with our support team on this issue, I would suggest following up with them, as they have a clearer picture of your concern. I would suspect a power issue or a network issue, but it sounds like you've troubleshot both of those.
