Spotlight Cam Plus stopped updating images
troubleshooting

My Spotlight Cam Plus has been showing the same image for the last 10 days. It will not go live. Attempting to go Live results in two different messages, one saying the event has ended. The other says it can't connect and check the wifi. I have attempted several resets, reconnected the wifi, put it on battery mode and brought it to the modem. Nothing works. The entire time it claims it has been connecting for regular device health checks. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

      Just wanted to add that I have two other cameras and both are working normally. One is a doorbell camera 3 and the other is a spotlight cam battery

        I am having the exact same issue with Spotlight Cam Plus. Image has been same for a couple weeks. Device health indicates camera should be working fine. Was there any resolution/fix to your issue? Thank you for any update you might have to this post.

          I just installed this camera a few days ago and was working fine but now got this error.  Were you able to resolve it?  I rebooted the camera but no luck so far
