Spotlight cam plus doesn’t seem to be waterproof
troubleshooting
I have a spotlight cam plus plug in. Every time it rains it disconnects, anyone else have this problem?

Hi @user_812a04. The Spotlight Cam Plus is weather-resistant, and that shouldn't have anything to do with it falling offline when it rains. If it is falling offline when it rains, it could be due to your Wi-Fi having issues or your Camera's signal strength. Make sure your Camera has good signal strength first. Next, try rebooting your router as well. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
