Spotlight Cam cord length

I have power outlets outside for my cameras. A few of the cameras are going to be about 10 feet from the outlet. I plan on running the cable along the siding to hide it. Can you cut the length of the cable? I am not sure how I am going to hide the extra cable.

    Hi @BANsOnLn. I would not recommend cutting the cable. This could be potentially hazardous and unsafe. The Spotlight Cam does come with a great cable management system including clips and velcro for the excess cable. See the attached image below to look how I've neatly arranged my excess cable.
