Spotlight Cam (battery) wont recognize Solar Panel

My camera is a Spotlight Cam (battery) according to ring DASHBOARD.Firmware says: 17.XXXXXX "My ring solar panel has a barrel connector that fits the camera connection.In Device Health section of mobile app, SOLAR STATUS says NOT CONNECTED.Tried removing device. Tried Resetting device (holding button 20 seconds).What next?Spotlight Cam (battery)Anything more to try?
