Snapshots not working on Stick Up Cam (3rd Gen) in Trial Mode

Hi,
got since two days the Stick Up Cam which was activated with a 30 days trial. Live Feed works as well as Motion Detection etc, but not Snapshots. I just don't see any in my timelime (only live videos + movement detections)
Things I did:
- Moved the Camera close to the Access Point
- Reboot of the Camera
- Several times enabled/disabling the Snapshot Feature + changing the interval time
It just does not work.
Any idea?

Hi @user_04e1e8. To confirm, you're reviewing the Event History Timeline in the Ring app correct? Snapshot images are only viewable in the mobile app, not on Ring.com. Do you have frequent motions and Live Views? If events are close enough together, there isn’t enough time to take a snapshot. It is normal for events that are close in time to appear back to back without snapshots in between.
