I’m having an issue with Snapshot Capture on several of my Ring cameras and wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing the same thing.

The camera had been working normally, including the timeline/snapshot feature between motion events and Live View events. It would show the quick snapshot/timelapse-style footage in the timeline. However, starting around June 29 at about 3:21 PM, the timeline between events began showing “This footage is unavailable.”

Live View still works normally. When I start a Live View, it creates a recording, saves it, and I can replay it in the camera history. Motion events also appear to work. The issue seems to be specifically with the Snapshot Capture/timeline footage between motion and Live View events.
