Ring Stick Up Camera Not flashing Blue Light Despite Reset
Hi, I recently installed my stick up camera, did all the setup and was successful at first . I can see motion being detected and recorded. After a few minutes, the device started going offline. I tried to replace batteries with a new fully charged one even though existing battery was fully charged. I noticed the blue light does not flash anymore and even though I reset the orange button for 20 seconds the camera won’t reboot. I did try to enter setup mode again but blue lights does not flash. It is dead set. What do I do? Is there another way to reset the camera? .

Hi @user75512. If a factory reset has not helped your Camera go into setup mode, reach out to our support team for further assistance. Give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.

Hi neighbors, please check that you have the latest version of the Ring app installed before attempting any troubleshooting. You can reset your Stick Up Cam by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, walk through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
