Hi @user58494. The light should turn on with motion when it's dark enough outside. Try performing a quick reboot of your Spotlight Cam Pro on the Device Health page. After that, verify that the Motion-Activated Lights option is toggled on. I'm having the exact same problem. Have just rebooted it and now I wait until dark to see if it is resolved. This has been very frustrating. Thanks for posting the problem.

I tried all the troubleshooting steps and nothing helped. I have the wired version so for fun, I put a battery in it just as a "what if?" and it suddenly started working. Posting this because I came here looking for solution and I see this was an old thread

I have hard wired version, same issue. No lights at night during motion event. My camera is hard wired into house, not switch controlled. I will try rebooting thru settings to see if it resolves. The Ring help options are useless, and the chat is even less helpful for troubleshooting..
