Ring security camera problem

Set ring security camera light on off but light turns on when camera goes offline. Neighbor complains. Looks like all camera turn on light when offline. My solution was to change direction of light. Any better solutions?

Hi @user_10ae12. If your Ring Security Camera is disconnecting from wifi frequently, then it likely has a signal issue. Which model of Ring Security Camera is this? You can find the model name on the Device Health page. Additionally, what is the RSSI listed as? This gives us an idea of the wifi signal strength.
