Has anyone else had any issues getting a warrenty replacement.

My floodlight cam pro has gone fauty and this was reported on October 24th. It was explained to me at the time that a replacement would be sent out however no stock was available and to keep an eye out on the ring website for when stock becomes available. After a second phone call to Ring support I was informed that the stock was still not available due to the recent halloween sale. 

However... with the next sales event being black friday at the end of November i dont see the stock issues going away.. Amazon has the Floodlight Cam Pro 4K available but this doesnt help my situation due to needing a replacement. Has anyone else had the same issues and if so how did you get it resolved?
