Ring demand for return of device & no replacement for bad device 3 months
1) I keep getting notices to return a device that ring says they replaced. They did not replace the correct device and I returned the wrong part they sent.2) Ring has told me for 3 months that they will ship a replacement for my defective floodlight camera. After many times calling and getting the same "sorry it will ship in 5 days it will ship in 2 days. We will send tracking. All lies. I have called at least 5 times and just get more lies. for 3 months.

Hi @user_2ae23c. I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulties getting your replacement device. Unfortunately, we cannot view account or order details on the Community, including replacement requests. I'd recommend reaching out to our social support team @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram to follow up on your replacement request.

Just chatted with support and they said "it is out of stock" I just looked at Ring site and they say I can buy one and it will be her by Aug4 . more lies. They told me over and over again that it would be shipped but it never was. Why didn't they tell me the truth?
