Ring cams and POE
Hi, I'd just like to ask a quick question about the PoE cameras. I currently have like a full ring set up and my cameras just keep dropping out because of the Wi-Fi signal, i've used boosters and repositioned my APs etc to no effect. Now I can't see much information on their website, it just says that they're PoE. Now is that just the power or is that the data as well? Because I'd like to completely replace my setup with all 4k if its power and data. It's really not clear. I've tried to chat with someone and you get some stupid AI chatbot that is really no help and I've tried to call them and phone rings out or goes silent. if this is what its like just trying to get info then god help me if i ever need support. and it's just garbage. You can't even speak to a human, you know. So any help here would be great.

Is there a guide for installation? Will this mount on a 1 gang box or is the base smaller for the POE units??
Going to be prewiring my house and dont know if i need to stub some cat6 wire out of the siding or cut in 1 gang boxes.
Also if mounted under an eave (ceiling), is there enough tilt to it to look out into the yard or be better wall mounting?
