Ring cameras stopped recording motion

My two Ring stickup cameras stopped recording motion for two weeks now. These are not my first cameras that stopped recording. I did not change any setting or anything like that. It just simply stopped recording every motion. How do I fix this I am tired of this problem and i will not buy another ring camera if this is gonna keep happening.

Hi @user_1e845e. Have the cams run out of battery? Try cleaning off the lens to make sure nothing is blocking the motion detection. What is the RSSI for these cams?
