Having the same issue after firmware update./  It would go live for about 15 seconds then "Couldnt Connect to the Garage" Did change carriers to fiber using 5ghz since I no longer have 2.4ghz. but the signal is RSSI - 40 which from my understanding is really good. Now here  is the kicker have 2 other rings the one in the backyard is further away, but not having any issue. The ring wireless door cam, the oldest device no issue. But the flood cam which is about 10ft further from the router the the door is causing nothing but problems since it said it needed to to a update.  I have done a full factory reset, wipe it from the app, reconnected and still I'm having the same issue.. I even created a guest wifi and only put the floodcam on it. NO JOY> this flood camera is less they 3 months old.  Could use some support.  THis coming from a IT person.
