RETURNING CAMERAS THAT ARE NOT WANTED-complete lack of customer support

We have recently had cameras delivered and they are not suitable, we have tried calling Ring UK and spent hours with no answer, we have messaged via FB and after 3 days and multiple “verifications” were promised that return labels have been sent-they havent.Is there a problem with Ring customer support ? How difficult can it be to send a return label to an E mail address when all the details of purchase have been supplied ?We ar dumbstruck also to be told there is no escalation process for customer complaints other than to waste another few hours on FB messengerThis has been a week now and the next stop is to report to Trading StandardsIs anyone else experiencing these issues or just us?
