Return RMA problems

I keep getting e-mails asking me to return my defective security camera flood lights.FolksI called your customer service on August first and spoke to the rep for about a hour about this matter and at the conclusion was assured it was taken care of and to not worry about it further. I am including the proof of delivery for both Ring security cameras.Thank you,James LovellWhere do I need to send this communication with the included proof?
