Outdoor stick up cam dropping wifi
I’m so annoyed with this camera, it is practically next to the router, good signal strength, other ring products which are further away work perfectly, but this 3rd gen keeps disconnecting from WiFi after a few minutes.

RSSI is around 60. The camera is 6 ft from router, I have a floodcam which is further away, and has an additional internal wall, but does not drop connection.

@user_fed210 An RSSI of 60 is still good, though you might run into connectivity issues if it's going above 60 on a regular basis. Distance is only one factor that impacts wifi connectivity. If there are a lot of other wifi enabled devices in the same area as this Stick Up Cam, that could be causing some interference with the signal. Appliances and large household objects, such as bookcases and mirrors, can also impact the signal. Try connecting the Stick Up Cam to a mobile hotspot, if you have access to one. This is a troubleshooting step that can help determine if the issue is with your wifi network, or with the camera itself. Make sure to be near the camera when you try this. If you do not have a mobile hotspot, I'd recommend reaching out to our support team to explore further troubleshooting options.

Hi @user_fed210. What is the RSSI listed as on the Device Health page for this Stick Up Cam? This will give us an indication of how strong the internet connection on the camera is. Additionally, what is the approximate distance between this camera and your wifi router?
