Original Spotlight Cam Mount (2020)

I have 3 Ring Spotlight Cam Mount (hardwired) that were purchased and installed in 2020. One of the cameras has a permanent pink hue and is very glitchy, though it has great internet signal. The other two cameras work great.The cameras that I installed have the original ball joint for the hardwired connection.I order a replacement Ring Spotlight Plus hardwired which came with a hardwire kit that is very different than the one that I have installed. I was sent a Ring Spotlight Plus Battery camera with a hardwire kit that contains a USB C connection. In order to replace the Spotlight cam that I have installed, I will have to rewire and redrill that mount. Has anyone run into this problem and found a solution? I was hoping I could get a replacement of the exact camera and connection that I have installed so that I don't have to hire an electrician to rewire the camera.
