Newer Pan-tilt Indoor Cam got bad refresh rate that we're seeing black bar scrolling in the video because of the LED lightning
Is there anyone who experience this with the new Pan-Tilt Indoor cam, when there's LED lightning inside it's look like synch. issue with the camera video and the lightning causing black bar scrolling in the video. It doesn't happen with natural light or night vision.

Hi @user_f3da9a. Try rebooting your Camera using the Ring app to see if it helps. Make sure your Camera also has good signal strength as well. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
