I recently bought the Charging Station and two quick release battery packs. These were purchased new from Ring and upon receiving, I charged for a couple of days and the station reported- via its four lights- the batteries were completely full. After installing into my Spotlight Cam this morning, the battery levels are immediately being reported at 89% and 91% respectively.

Did Ring sell used batteries to me or is there a different explanation concerning?
