Hi @user67886. How are your cameras being blocked? Is there something physically in front of the device obscuring your view? Have the owner of the Ring account revoked Shared User access?

Can a neighbor block my camera somehow? They keep walking on my property. Camera never gets them on The camera. But my dogs are going nuts, barking in their direction

Hi @user80554. It’s possible the neighbor is not entering your Ring Camera’s range of motion detection, but that is only speculation. Like many other wifi-enabled smart devices, Ring devices could be affected by illegal targeted attempts to interfere with their wifi connection. I’d recommend reaching out to your internet service provider if you have concerns regarding your network security.
