I ordered 4 ring indoor pan/tilt cameras thru the ring store on Amazon. All 4 cameras came without the wall mounting plate. This is not the plate that the camera attaches to, it is the plate that gets screwed onto the wall and then the bracket that the camera sits on clips onto that plate. Without this plate, there is not a way to attach the camera correctly. For one camera, I drilled thru the bracket that the camera sits on and screwed that straight to the wall. It looks like crap, but at least is it on the wall. I don't want to do that in all the locations I want to install the cameras. I would like to have the correct parts.

I have called several times for help on this and get told a variety of things like: I don't know what you are talking about, you don't need that part, that part is not available, we can't help you so you need to call a different person and now, that product is not eligible for support because it is past 30 days now.

I can't even find the part to order it. They used to have it because the cameras I ordered a few years ago came with the part. Screw it into the wall, clip the bracket onto it, clip the camera on to the bracket, done. If you go to the ring website and look at the installation instructions, they even show the mounting plate and tell you to put it on the wall and attach the bracket to it.......but apparently they are not giving you the mounting plate anymore.

Where can I get the wall mounting plate that should be with the camera?
