Missing part

Hi all just installed two spotlight cam plus and was missing one black rubber boot for the cover screw hole. Call customer service and was told can't send you a single boot but you can buy a new mount for $59.00 which has the little boots. Really you can't help me out. We will see how this plays out with the subscription if I don't decide to just return if this is how they communicate customer service. Stay tuned. Scott Humphrey
