Live view not working on older cameras since last ring app update

I have over 10 ring devices only only the older camera like the 2nd Gen outdoor stick up, first gen video doorbell pro, and first gen spotlight camera cannot do live view anymore. The latest gen all work. I have the alarm pro and any cam on local storage isn't working. I wonder if local storage is interfering now with the update. Anyone have any ideas. Support isn't able to fix three issues. The new AI agent is so buggy to.

Hi @user_46e18e. What exactly happens when you try to activate Live View on these devices? Are you getting a particular error message, or does it just keep loading? What is the last reported wifi signal strength for each device? You can find the signal strength on the Device Health page in the Ring app.
