After an AI/google search it appears the Ring INTENTIONALLY removed History from the web/desktop dashboard? This is terrible news.
I’m very unhappy that the Event History / Timeline has been removed from the Ring website. I strongly prefer using a computer and do not want to be forced to use the phone app. Please pass this feedback to the product team.I won't be renewing my annual subscription in July if this is the case. I have 5 outdoor cameras surrounding my house and a doorbell. If I can't access history from a desktop, I'll install a system where I can.37 •

Hi @milescortez. The AI summary that appears when you perform a Google search is not always accurate. I would advise verifying the information in the summary using official sources. The History tab has not been removed from Ring.com. If you log into your account on Ring.com from a computer, you should see the History tab next to Dashboard.
