Hi, I have the Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Plus, installed about 2 months ago. As far as I can tell my Internet connection is great! I have full fibre. I have an night time event completely missing from my event history! Maximum time missing is 40 minutes. It's making me wonder if there's more footage missing that I'm unaware of? Does anyone know why this would happen and/or solution? TIA

    Hi @user_21f11f. Which Ring Home plan do you have? Ring devices do not record continuously, unless you have a Ring Home Premium plan with a compatible camera https://ring.com/support/articles/wtr7r/24-7-recording-security-cams. Otherwise, your camera will record when motion is detected, or the Live View is activated.

      Also, I should have clarified... there is a specific event which we know occurred during the time frame where the footage is missing
