Getting double notification from my doorbell and floodlight cam
So when I get a notification from my doorbell in the front of the house and my floodlight cam in the back of the house lately they both give double notifications overlapping each other. The one with the snapshot is behind the normal notification when I receive them from either camera. What happened?

Hi Caitlyn, yes I am on Android and the App version is 3.78.0 I believe. I toggled off the Rich Notifications it stopped it but now I'm not getting the image of the movement that triggered the motion in my pull down notifications. It just tells me that there's a motion detected.

@ItsMike Thank you for checking that! This lets us know that it might be an issue with the Rich Notification setting specifically. To rule out any other cause, please uninstall the Ring app, then reinstall it from the app store. Double-check the notification options in your phone's settings for the Ring app as well.

IHi Caitlyn, I uninstalled the Ring app and reinstalled it from the app store. I'm still getting the same double notifications. I also checked the notification options for the app in my phone settings and everything looked normal to me. Is something that has to be fixed on the Ring side? Maybe an update fix?

Hi @ItsMike. Are you on Android or iOS, and which version of the Ring app are you running? Additionally, do you have Rich Notifications toggled on? If you do, please toggle them off and let me know if that resolves the double notification issue.
