I purchased this camera awhile few weeks ago. It stopped connected to WiFi. Nothing I do works. I’ve tried:-Disable 5ghz band-Reset router at the house-Tried to add from another device-Factory reset floodlight cam pro a few times-Turned on and off a few times

Hi @user40957. What is the specific error that you're getting when trying to connect? Are you seeing any light patterns? What type of phone are you using and what version of the Ring app is installed? Do you have an active VPN on the device? If so, try disabling it and trying again. Let me know this information so I can assist you in troubleshooting.
