Hi @user78537. Are you not able to connect your Stick Up Cam Pro to your 5 GHz network?

YOUR TITLE IS TRUE, THATS ALL YOU NEED TO SAY, IT'S ADVERTISED IN THE SPEC'S THIS CAM IS ONLY 2.4Ghz IT DOES NOT HAVE DUAL BAND WI-FI ADAPTER......BUT YOU ARE IN LUCK, THERE ARE 2 FIXES, 1. TAKE IT DOWN AND RETURN IT FOR THE BETTER ONE, OR 2. TAKE IT APART AND REPLACE THE WIFI ADAPTER INSIDE IT

Hi @Onawa220. Not every Ring Security Camera is compatible with a 5GHz network. The Floodlight Cam Wired Plus, for example, is only compatible with 2.4GHz networks. So it will not see 5GHz networks when you are selecting a wifi network to connect it to. I'm not sure which other Ring cameras you have, but they likely are only compatible with 2.4GHz networks as well. You can check the Tech Specs section of the product page for your camera on Ring.com to confirm power and connectivity requirements.
