The siren on my flood light camera (just shy of a year old) recently started to sound randomly without being triggered. It does not send a notification to the ring app that the siren is going off. When it sounds and I get on the app, the app does not indicate that the siren is going off and does not provide an option to turn it off. The camera functions, so, we're able to record the siren as a video, however, an "event log" is not recorded.

As this has now been sporadically and more frequently occurring for over a month now, I called into customer support who spent over an hour and a half needlessly troubleshooting my base station instead of my camera. After going in loops on why they're not seeing an "event log" on their end, they asked me to access my cameras and perform a factory reset, which is impractical in my case given that the locations of my cameras required a tech install. 

1. Is anyone else experiencing this with their devices? If so, does it truly require a factory reset?
2. This may be my bad luck, but both times I've had to deal with Ring's customer service, I've had to invest weeks to get my issues resolved and compensated. Both times, they've refused to elevate issues and it was nearly impossible to reach an account representative. Has anyone else experienced this?
