Flood light camera LIGHT is not turning on automatically when it detect motion

*My one of the flood light does not turn on automatically when a motion is detected. I can manually switch the light on but it doesn’t switches on auto.

    Maybe go to Devices, choose the light, Device settings, light settings, then make sure Motion-Activated Lights is turned ‘on’ Cheers Andy

      Thanks Andy. I did tried this setting, still no luck.

        The issue is fixed now. The flood light switches on when the camera detects motion. The ring customer support asked me to switch off the power to the camera. As mine is directly wired without a power switch next to the camera. I need to switch off main circuit breaker. This fixed the issue.
