File names changed format
The file names of my downloads no longer include the date/time. This makes it impossible to know one from another. Please go back to the old system.

download file names are still changing. downloaded Ring file names were originally: Ring_camername...date and time. They are still, 4/19/25, downloading with file names that are gibberish or perhaps hexideciamal: 6ae67dc2-125a...

JHi @user_4d0015. Is this occurring when you are downloading videos from Ring.com onto your computer? If so, which web browser are you using?
