Connecting without QR code
I moved last year and brough my Ring stuff with me. My electrician installed and powered my used floodlight camera 30 ft high but didn't know Ring and didn't know where the QR code was (I saw on Youtube that you need to remove the outer casing to see it). He took a photo of the external model number and serial number plate with bar codes.Can I initialize the camera and connect to my wifi without using the QR code? There has to be an alternate method. Can anyone advise?

Hi @user_d426ef. Did you remove the Floodlight Cam from your account, or is it still listed under Devices? If the camera is still listed on your account, you should be able to navigate to the Device Health tile to reconnect the camera to your wifi network. You should not need to scan the QR code again unless you completely removed the camera from your account.
