Changed battery-powered Stick-up Camera to use wired connection, but thinks that it's stopped receiving power
I changed two of my battery-based stick-up cameras to use wired connections, and changed the power management settings accordingly. However, I still get a warning triangle on the dashboard and a "This device stopped receiving power" status. The devices work fine, but the message is really annoying.

THi @user_5b05ec. Try disconnecting the extension cord, or using a different one. Sometimes, extension cords can cause issues in power delivery.

Hi @user_5b05ec. Which specific model of Stick Up Cam is this? The full device name should be located on the Device Health page in the Ring app. There are a few different generations of the Stick Up Cam, and they are not all compatible with the same accessories. Additionally, are you using an official Ring power adapter, or a third-party accessory?
