Camera stopped working at night

My Ring camera suddenly stopped working at night. A security camera is useless if it doesn’t work at night. That’s when you need it the most. I made sure that the do not disturb feature is not on, no schedule set up, notifications are on. I contacted Ring customer support three times and Apple customer support to make sure that there’s nothing in my settings that would prevent my camera from working at night. There isn’t. The person at Ring told me that the problem is my WiFi. I explained that my internet is working just fine and that if it were my WiFi, it would happen all the time, not just at night. She kept insisting that it’s my WiFi. I finally hung up when I realized that the issue is not going to be resolved. I see here that a lot of other people are having the same problem. I guess all of our Wi-Fi’s suddenly stopped working at night huh.
